About Tanks 2D War and Heroes
There's not much to a game about tanks as long as you give players a generous amount of control and reason to use them.
This game has you in a tank before you get enough time to look at the other features it has in store.
It may not be a full world for tank roaming, but its got the firepower and challenge to give you something to get your excitement up.
You'll need to learn the limitations of your tank so that you can master the controls and trounce the enemy while suffering minimal damage to yourself.
Controls
W – Move Turret UpS – Move Turret DownA – Move Tank LeftD – Move Tank RightLeft Mouse Button/Spacebar – Fire
The goal of each level is to defeat all of the enemies in the area.
When you begin, the number of enemies as well as your stats will appear in the top left corner of the screen.
Once all the enemies are defeated, you'll be rewarded money and stars based on how much damage your tank received.
Any power-ups like Artillery and Repair Crates are finite and will appear on the bottom of the screen.
During levels, you'll always start on the left side and enemies will approach from the right.
Without proper gear, enemy health won't be displayed, so you'll simply need to use your intuition.
Only direct hits will deal damage and the only way to avoid enemy fire is to move out of the way.
When an enemy is destroyed, you'll be able to roll past them.
There will also be mines on the ground that will damage contact.
If your tank is destroyed, you'll need to reset the level.
In between levels, you can use the money and gems earned to improve various elements.
You can go to the tank screen to improve your tank's stats, buy power-ups, or equip your tank will special accessories.
The factory can be unlocked and upgraded so that you'll earn money over time.
On the map screen, you can collect rewards for completing levels and trade your stars for achievements and more rewards.
There are also the Daily Login bonuses and the Fortune Wheel you can spin for extra goods.
When you earn enough money, you can buy different types of tanks that can be leveled up even further.
Tips and Tricks
Your tank is bound to take hits, so you need to focus on eliminating enemies as quickly as possible before they can deal too much damage.
Practice with cannon angles to get a good feel for the range and reload speed.
Always check the ground for landmines and remove them with shells to conserve health.
