About Spooky Merge

Merge games take on all sorts of forms, but a lot of them draw from the foundation of the 2048 puzzle mechanics.
This game has transformed the numbers into spooky monsters that can still be merged to create different monsters.
You don't know what kind of monsters you're going to get until you make a successful merge and that's your motivation to keep merging and discover new horrors.
Of course, this style isn't designed to scare you, it's all about just having a spooky feeling.
To keep the feeling going, you'll need to keep merging and making bigger spooky things.

Tips and Tricks

This is a merge game where you really have to be aware of the space.
The heads can quickly take up available space and if dropped carelessly, they can easily block each other from access to merging or being able to move around.
Try to make use of the sides of the screen and avoid making piles, but aim to keep the biggest on the bottom.

How to Play

Spooky Merge is a 2D puzzle game about merging different spooky monsters into new ones using the mouse.
To drop a monster head, move the cursor around the top of the screen and then click the Left Mouse Button.
If a merge is possible the monster heads will do it automatically and create a new monster.
The goal is to keep merging the monsters to get newer and bigger ones while keeping space free.
If the space fills up before you reach the biggest monster, you can try again.
When the game starts, you'll have a contained space with an open top where you can drop monster heads in.
By dropping a monster head onto another of the same kind, they will merge to create a newer and bigger head.
The heads you get will be randomized and more will be added to the queue as merge more.
From there, you need to merge to reach bigger monsters that will be tracked in the top left corner of the screen.
The monster heads are circular and will be affected by physics and curves as they drop and get pushed around.
Reaching the biggest monster head will count as a victory.
