About Drag Racing City
The drag race looks simple on the surface and could even be considered safe in terms of racing, but there is technique involved. This game doesn't ask you to keep track of a lot, but it will challenge your timing to the core. When you're racing, it's not about control, turning, or braking at the right points, it's all about shifting. It's about keeping your car at top speed and in a position where it can continue to build speed. You can end up ahead in a matter of moments just as easily as you can fall behind and lose everything.

The goal is to win races and beat the bosses in every single part of the city. You can challenge the bosses whenever you feel ready or just race through the different circuits. You can keep racing for as long as you want and stop whenever it feels right.
The main menu is where you can tweak your car. You can spend the cash you earn from racing to buy a new car or upgrade the cars you own. Once you have your car selected, you can head to the city map. From there, you'll have options for several kinds of races, each with slightly different rules to change the challenge. Races have you driving along a long stretch of straight road against another car. When you start racing, you'll build speed and will need to shift gears when the needle enters the orange and red zones to keep accelerating. The cars' positions are tracked at the top of the screen and the first to reach the finish line wins.
Tips and Tricks
Drag racing is all about timing while maintaining your speed. You need to keep your finger on the acceleration button and watch the speedometer as it changes color. The faster you go, the slower the speedometer will increase. Remember that the start is very important as you want your engine revved in the middle so that you don't overdo the ignition.
