The battle royale genre has covered all sorts of tones and themes which is making it harder to break the mold. This game goes a similar route as games like League Of Legends and DOTA 2 which is more about strategy and placement. The characters won't move as sharply as they might from a first-person perspective, but it also means that you have more field and enemy information so that you can better adjust your strategy. Other elements in the field can draw your attention, either for the better or the worse and that's the risk you need to take.

The goal can change based on the game elements, but generally, you're trying to eliminate your opponents. Your health will appear above your champion's head and if it hits zero, they'll be eliminated and will have to respawn. Your allies and the map are shown in the top left corner of the screen. Your items and gear will be in the bottom left part of the screen while your abilities are tracked in the bottom right corner.
From the main menu, you can get familiar with the available champions and customize your profile how you want. After you're done with that, you can jump into a live game and join a random team. You'll spawn in a designated area and be free to run around. While exploring, you can find opponents, other enemies, loot, and other elements to interact with in hopes of receiving a bonus. There will also be merchants that will offer a variety of items for sale as long as you have the money to spend.
As you explore, you can find different types of gear to equip and boost your stats. What you need to worry about is getting roped into a difficult fight which is why certain parts of the map will let you hide. You can choose to work on a team while other setups will have you on your own. The more kills you get, the more your rewards which can be spent on new assets and you'll unlock new things to try out.
Tips and Tricks
The game has a controlled pace where characters move gradually and deliberately, but keep in mind that any attack can be dodged. When you're on a team, do your best to track your teammates so that you can help them as needed and vice versa. If you see something curious, check your surroundings so that you don't get ambushed by enemy players while grinding.

When is BAPBAP on Steam going to be released?
The game is still in its Beta with servers only open during a specific time of day, so it seems that more testing needs to be done before the Steam version release date is officially announced.
