The FNAF games have always been about survival, and you're often not given a way to defend yourself when the mascots come after you.
You're an armed soldier in this game, and the mascots seem perfectly vulnerable to bullets.
However, they are still machines powered by a supernatural force and have no reason to stop hunting you as long as you remain.
You can't keep fighting the endless machines, so you must find a way to escape.
The more you move, the more you survive, but you'll draw more attention the longer you hang around.
Stay focused and keep searching for the way forward.

The goal is to find your way out of the restaurant alive.
Your health and ammo counters are in the screen's bottom left and right corners, while the top displays all available weapons.
If your health drops to zero, you must retry the level.
The main menu leads you into the game, where you can start playing immediately.
Each level gives you a few seconds to prepare before dropping you into an empty room.
Once you get control, you can start moving and exploring the area.
As you do, FNAF mascots will begin spawning in different parts of the map.
They'll know your location and hunt you throughout the maze.
If they get close, they'll attack with melee strikes.
You can use your various weapons to fend them off as you look for the exit.
You can move on to the next level when you safely reach the exit.
Tips and Tricks
Even though you're a trained soldier with plenty of gear, the mascots are strong and vicious.
Getting close to any of them can lead to instant death, and they usually tend to attack in groups.
If need be, use your weapons to create space and be aware of your surroundings so that you can always find openings and safe areas.
