It is still a sensitive mission where you're doing your best to avoid alerting all of the guards at once.

The goal is to navigate the area and eliminate all the hostiles with the intent to not alert any of them.
Your health and energy will be displayed at the bottom while the hostile reading will be shown at the top of the screen.
Actions like sprinting will reduce energy that will come back on its own while damage will lower your health.
If your health hits zero, you'll need to retry the mission.
Before you begin, you can choose what kind of weapon you'd like to be your primary.
You also get the option to select one of three add loadouts with weapons and items.
You can also choose between one of four difficulty levels with enemies becoming tougher and more alert the higher that you go.
Once you're ready, you can begin the missions.
You'll spawn in an open area of the map away from the hostiles.
From there, you can make your way to the main area with enemies becoming more apparent the closer that you get.
Do your best to use your weapons to clear out the enemies and finish the mission.
Tips and Tricks
This is a scenario where guns blazing may not be the best solution and you'll have to take a slower approach.
You have quite a lot of weapons to work with so you should take advantage of your rifles.
Identify high altitude points, make your way there, and then try to pick off patrolling enemies and those at lookouts.
